Privacy policy
1. Data controller
ONWIFIX, OnWiFi.es, AC/ON and ONLAWEB are trade names of Alfa Connect On Group, S.L. They all belong to the same company, so using your data across our brands is not a disclosure to a third party, and we will only send you offers from any of them if you have given your consent or are already our customer.
2. Data we process
Identification and contact details (name, ID card/NIE or tax number, email, phone, language); installation address and, in residential communities, the home or common area the service relates to; billing and bank details (IBAN for SEPA Direct Debit); technical service data (installed equipment, incidents, support records); your communications with us by email, portal or WhatsApp; and browsing data on this portal (see section 9).
3. Purposes and legal basis

We do not make automated decisions with legal effects on you or build profiles for that purpose.
4. How long we keep it
For as long as the contractual relationship lasts and thereafter for the legal periods: 6 years for commercial and accounting records (Art. 30 Spanish Commercial Code) and the applicable tax limitation periods. Data from requests that do not result in a contract are kept for a maximum of 12 months. Marketing data are kept until you withdraw your consent.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. It is only shared when necessary to provide the service or required by law:

6. International transfers
Some providers (Microsoft, Stripe, Meta) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@onwifix.com and stating which right you are exercising. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Security and minors
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data (user-based access control, encryption in transit, backups). Our services are not intended for children under 14.
9. Cookies
This portal uses technical cookies required for it to work (session, language, form security). Optional analytics cookies are only enabled if you accept them in the cookie notice, and you can reject them without affecting your use of the portal.
10. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to our services. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date.
