ONWIFIX, OnWiFi.es, AC/ON and ONLAWEB are trade names of ALFA CONNECT ON GROUP, S.L. This legal notice applies to the customer area portal.onwifix.com and to the website onwifix.com.

2. Purpose

This site allows our customers to view and accept quotations, sign contracts, pay online, follow their services and installations and open support requests. Accessing it implies acceptance of this legal notice, the terms of sale, the privacy policy and the cookie policy.

3. Terms of use

Users undertake to make proper use of the site and not to use it for unlawful activities or activities that may damage the systems of ALFA CONNECT ON GROUP, S.L. or third parties. Access credentials for the customer area are personal and users are responsible for keeping them safe.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The content, trade marks, logos, designs and documents on this site belong to ALFA CONNECT ON GROUP, S.L. or their legitimate owners. Their reproduction, distribution or modification is not permitted without express authorisation, except for customers’ personal use of their own documents.

5. Liability

We work to keep the site available and the information accurate, but we cannot guarantee the absence of interruptions or technical errors. ALFA CONNECT ON GROUP, S.L. is not responsible for the content of third-party sites that may be reached through links.

6. Secure payments

Card payments are processed through the secure Redsys gateway of the BBVA Virtual POS. ALFA CONNECT ON GROUP, S.L. does not receive or store full card details.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Marbella (Málaga), unless the user is a consumer, in which case the courts of their place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
